The original Romney Park All Suite Hotel & Spa was opened in 1997 by Alexander Valentin, a German businessman who fell in love with Cape Town. This historical 5-star hotel, won several awards at the AA Accommodation Awards as the best suite hotel in South Africa. Situated on the highly sought-after Atlantic Seaboard, this hotel was and still is, a favourite amongst local and international guests.
In 2018, the hotel was closed and converted into 26 luxurious apartments. With the popular option of buying an apartment, and renting it out as a serviced holiday or corporate-stay apartment through our on-site hospitality-management company, The Stay Collection was born and opened onsite in December 2018.
